How to participate:
- Print out the Bingo board and complete any or all of the Reading activities between now and August 29, 2025
- For each box you complete, you need to complete a row on the reading log by typing directly onto the form.
- Only 1 book title per box!! One book CANNOT be used for multiple boxes.
- When you’re done, print it out and have each box initialed by your parent. Prizes will be awarded based on the lines of Bingo you complete.
- The Bingo Board and the Reading log MUST be stapled together and dropped off in the media center.
Incomplete forms will NOT be accepted.
All Bingo cards and Reading Logs are due to Mrs. Milian in the Media Center by Friday, August 29th, 2025!
