Transcript (Records) Request may be submitted to our Guidance Department through two options:
1) Electronically using this link**
2) In person, using this form (2019 – Present Graduates**)
There is a 2$ charge for each transcript requested. This may be paid through the link provided above (option 1) or by check (payable to Nease High School) or cash if requesting in the Nease guidance office using the form above (option 2). Payment is due upon receipt of transcripts if requesting in the Nease guidance office.
**Current 12th graders applying to post-secondary institutions, must follow up with your school counselor after submitting the electronic or paper request. The “gold envelope” provided to each student, must be submitted to counselor for the transcript and secondary school report to be sent correctly. Submitting only the electronic or paper request above, will not send your transcript to the specified institution.
