Transcript (Records) Request may be submitted to the Registrar’s office through three options:
1) Electronically**
OR
2) In person, using this form (2021 – Present Graduates**)
There is a 2$ charge for each hard copy transcript requested. There is a 2$ charge for all electronic transcripts, regardless of the number requested. Transcripts cannot be emailed to colleges, they must be sent through Xello. This may be paid through the link provided above (option 1) or by check (payable to Nease High School) or cash if requesting in the Nease guidance office using the form above (option 2).
**Current 12th graders applying to post-secondary institutions, must follow up with your school counselor after submitting the electronic or paper request. The “gold envelope” provided to each student, must be submitted to counselor for the transcript and secondary school report to be sent correctly. Submitting only the electronic or paper request above, will not send your transcript to the specified institution with the correct documentation needed for admittance.

3) Parchment (Use if you do not have a Xello account and need a transcript sent outside of the state of Florida).
