Nease High School Clinic Page
A parent/guardian will be called whenever a student has a fever over 100 degrees, diarrhea or vomiting, significant pain, repeated complaints, or anything out of the oridinary.
Please remember that if students are sent home with a fever, they must be fever free for 24 hours before they return. This means that they should not return the next day. The 24 hour period begins from the time they no longer have a fever.
Over the counter medication can be carried by a student with a signed form or note from a parent. The student should sign the form as well. All prescription medication must be kept in the clinic and must have a medical authorization form signed by the doctor and the parent. This form can be found on the school website. Please remember we must have a new form each school year. All medication must be in the original container and cannot be expired.
Please feel free to call the clinic or email me with any questions or concerns. The direct phone number to the clinic is 547-8326 and the FAX number is 547-8305.
Wish List:
The clinic will always welcome donations of snack size baggies for ice, small bathroom size cups, and latex free bandaids.
